Tang & Torch Sauce Co. is not only a sauce company but a brand and product line that is looking to bring a fresh new feel and flavor to the BBQ sauce world. Born out of a whim and with much encouragement from fellow friends, Tang & Torch was created with community in mind. Every batch is created with authenticity, intentionality, boldness, depth, and balance through handcrafted small batch production each time. Every bottle and flavor has a story associated with it, one worthy of being asked about. NO shortcuts, real technique, scalable production systems, commitment to craft at every stage, and strong brand recognition are what we strive for in every bottle that is made. Tang & Torch brings something rare to the condiment world: sauces that are both chef-level and community-rooted, innovative yet timeless, and unmistakably unique.
The signature of our line. A bright citrus-forward take on a traditional BBQ sauce. Orange marmalade offers a clean, vibrant lift while combining the essence of classic tomato, vinegar, and spice, all the while hinting at sweet profiles from honey and brown sugar. That may sound like a lot going on in there—which it is, but it all comes down, simmered, low and slow for a perfectly balanced, bright umami BBQ sauce that leaves you wanting more each time you have it

Where it all began, the origin story of Tang and Torch, crafted with our signature spice blend, offers the sweet and tangy BBQ flavor profile that everyone craves. Many have often said when put on something... that it was the best they’ve ever had. With statements like that, it’s why we branched out and made everything based on and off of this sauce right here.
